VOUCHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Voucher - a document issued by Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa, enabling the use of services offered by the hotel specified in its content, after prior reservation of the stay date, in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
VOUCHER PURCHASE
1) Can be purchased at the Głęboczek reception or via the website www.gleboczek.pl
2) The voucher can be won in a contest as a prize, in a drawing, or as part of a cooperation.
3) The condition for purchasing a voucher is making a payment.
VOUCHER CONDITIONS AND REDEMPTION
1) The voucher buyer can be any adult individual or legal entity accepting the provisions of these terms and conditions.
2) The voucher can be a monetary value or cover selected services offered by Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa,
3) The voucher shows: selected services/treatments or a specified amount to be used for services and treatments.
4) Vouchers can be personalized or issued "in Blanco"
5) The voucher cannot be exchanged for treatments and services other than those included in its content.
6) Each voucher has its own identification number.
7) The person receiving the voucher is obliged to book the date in advance at the reception.
8) Stay reservations at Głęboczek must be made by phone or e-mail. Reservation confirmation will be sent by email.
9) A reservation made with the voucher is non-refundable. It is not possible to modify the reservation or change the date of redemption. Cancellation of services releases Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa from the concluded contract and the provision of services specified in the voucher.
10) The voucher entitles the holder to use services at Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa, according to the current price list and the voucher's value. The current price list and terms and conditions are available at the Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa Reception.
11) The voucher is not a means of payment, cannot be exchanged for cash, and no change will be given.
12) The person receiving the voucher can pay the difference if the value of the services they want to use exceeds the value of the voucher.
13) The voucher must be presented in original form at the reception on the day of arrival.
VOUCHER VALIDITY PERIOD
1) The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase, with no possibility of extension.
2) Excluded dates: holidays, New Year’s Eve, long weekends.
3) The voucher can be used once and cannot be split.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1.1. The Terms and Conditions are available at the Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa Reception,
1.2. These terms and conditions are deemed accepted by the voucher buyer upon payment.
1.3. Unused vouchers expire.
1.4. Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa is not responsible for lost or damaged vouchers.
