Head Chef and our team
From the very beginning of our Resort, the person who shapes our culinary philosophy, menu, and the form of dishes is Chef Marian Frankowski. Throughout all the years, with great attention to detail, he creates perfect recipes, refining every detail of the combinations of flavors, aromas, and exceptional aesthetic experiences. In the menu, you can find for years unchanged, unique Recipes that our regular Guests love, such as sour rye soup in bread with porcini mushrooms, white sausage, and mashed potatoes. Alongside them, seasonal dishes regularly appear, guaranteeing new culinary experiences. Beyond the Chef, the culinary success of Morellino Restaurant is supported by an exceptional team of cooks, mostly made up of long-term employees.

Our organic cultivation
In our kitchen, dishes prepared with products that we grow ourselves also reign supreme. In our Organic Corner, carrots, sunflowers, leeks, spring onions, beans, lettuces, cabbage, cauliflower, pumpkin, zucchini, arugula, peas, tomatoes, beets, broad beans, peppers, and rhubarb mature under fully natural conditions. We also cultivate sage, thyme, rosemary, garlic, and dill. The vegetable garden is surrounded by a picturesque orchard full of old varieties of apples, pears, cherries, and plums.
Local suppliers
We also support local farmers and suppliers by using their organic crops. Our menu features fish from organic waters and farms located in the Brodnickie Lake District, as well as cheeses from local suppliers. The Brodnickie Lake District and its surroundings abound in healthy and organic crops.
