  • Finnish sauna: A ten-person sauna with a temperature of about 100°C that provides deep relaxation and body cleansing. Hot sessions in the Finnish sauna will help you relax, reducing tension and stress.
  • Hot/cold showers: Special showers allow for a quick transition from the hot sauna to cold water, which supports circulation and boosts energy.
