Who is eligible to receive the Silver Card? Complete at least one stay at No.4 Residence, Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa, or Villa Park MED & SPA. Express your interest in joining the program by filling out the form available on the website or inform the Reception during your stay and accept the terms and conditions. We will then get back to you with the details!

Who is eligible to receive the Platinum Card?

The card is for Guests who have completed stays at our properties with a total value of 40,000 PLN.

  • 15% of the stay value is returned to your membership account to be used during subsequent visits to our facilities!
  • Room upgrade for bookings of two nights granted twice a year as a gift.
  • Access to exclusive offers dedicated to Program participants.
  • Early check-in and late check-out upon request subject to availability.
  • Twice a calendar year, extension of stay in the Bed & Breakfast package at the Facility by one night (excluding long weekends and holidays).
  • Dedicated VIP welcome amenity in the room during each stay at Villa Park MED & SPA and Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa.
  • After exceeding the threshold of 60,000 PLN during the settlement period from 01.01 to 31.12 of a given year, a stay voucher is granted for use at MPM Spa Hotels in the BB option for two nights for two people. In a standard room excluding holidays and long weekends.

Who is eligible to receive a VIP Card? The card is for Guests who have completed stays at our facilities with a total value of 60,000 PLN. The status remains active throughout participation in the Program, provided that invoices totaling at least 20,000 PLN are settled within 365 days. This means that if a participant does not purchase Services worth 20,000 PLN within 365 days, they will be downgraded to a lower loyalty program status.
