Welcome to Głęboczek Vine Resort & SPA, one of the highest rated and best located hotels in Poland. Głęboczek Vine Resort & Spa offers a unique atmosphere and a sense of luxury at the same time. It was established on the site of a former homestead by Lake Forbin, hidden among the picturesque hills of the Brodnickie Lakeland.

We preserved the idyllic character of the property in the architecture, which harmoniously blends with the surrounding nature, while expressing our passion for perfect design.

The property attracts guests with the unique character of the hotel Vine Spa. For years we have been running a vineyard, which now has over 2,000 vines. Every early autumn we organize the Wine Festival – Winobranie.

A tribute to traditional dishes in a modern interpretation. A variety of seasonal, local products from one of the cleanest regions of Poland. The Slow Food philosophy reigns on the plate, along with respect for every product that reaches the tables of our Guests.

Dishes prepared also based on products we grow ourselves reign supreme. In our Ecological Corner, they ripen in fully natural conditions.

We also support local farmers and suppliers by using their organic crops. Our menu features fish from ecological waters and farms located in the Brodnica Lakeland, as well as cheeses from local suppliers. The Brodnica Lakeland and its surroundings abound in healthy and organic crops.

Feel like you are in the heart of Italian Tuscany. For years, we have been cultivating grapevines. The entire property is surrounded by alleys of varieties such as Leon Millot, Marechal Foch, and Riesling.
