This sport is for everyone. It helps maintain fitness, and thanks to specially selected poles, it relieves the knee, hip joints, and spine. It allows burning about 400 kcal per hour. It's also a great way to spend active time with friends.
SUP - stand up paddleboarding
It involves standing on a long, 4-meter board and pushing off with a paddle. This sport affects the overall fitness of the body. During this sport, the muscles of the arms, back, and legs work. It's an excellent alternative to gym training.
