We invite you to an extraordinary culinary adventure. One of the Chef's signature dishes will be prepared at your table at a special live cooking station. In addition, the Sommelier selects a glass of the perfect wine. The menu includes, among others, tagliatelle mixed in a parmesan wheel and duck breast from the fire pit.

Exquisite, festive dinner consisting of three signature dishes from the Chef. The entire dinner is hosted by a Sommelier who introduces the Guests to the menu and pairs the perfect wines with each dish. They talk about the origin, grape varieties, and aromas. Together with the Guests, they taste the dishes and discover new flavors through the selected drinks.

We invite you to Burgundy-style fondue! Share delicious food, excellent wine, and enjoy a special evening with your fellow diners. The Chef has composed a menu featuring shrimp, farm chicken, and tenderloin options, as well as vegetarian and vegan versions! On a special burner placed on an oak barrel is a pot with heated oil pressed on-site. After instructions from the chef, Guests can prepare their perfect snacks themselves. Additionally, the Sommelier pairs a glass of wine for the Guests.

A picnic-style lunch on our beach by Lake Forbin or one of the nearby flower meadows? A romantic afternoon for two at the Love Gazebo with a wonderful view of the Lake? Are you going on a trip around the Brodnica Lake District and want to take special snacks with you? A sample set consists of avocado and chicken salad, regional cheeses with nuts and fruits, bread, mini snacks, water, and two bottles of small Prosecco.

We invite you to ecological breakfasts at Warzywny Zakątek – our own organic herb and vegetable cultivation. The breakfasts are composed based on seasonally available products and take place outdoors in the Gazebo. Guests receive a set of products prepared by the chefs (such as cottage cheese, spreads, pastrami, homemade butter, and freshly baked bread). Additionally, in our Garden, there is a slow juicer by Sam Cook, as well as sets for creating your own salads or snacks from products growing around. An ecological breakfast is not only a guarantee of a delicious and extremely healthy meal but also a guarantee of a wonderful morning in contact with nature.

In Głęboczek, besides outstanding cuisine based on local recipes with a modern twist, we also love to savor world cuisines. We take our Guests on culinary journeys to Italy, where our chefs prepare pasta or seafood at Live Cooking events. We taste Caucasian cuisine during Georgian weekends, when besides excellent Separavi or Rkatsiteli wines, our tables are graced with khinkali dumplings, lamb, or lobiani. During the Spanish weekend, we cannot miss paella with seafood and a selection of long-aged cold cuts, while during Argentine weekends, steaks made from the highest quality beef.
