Definitions The terms written in capital letters in the Regulations shall have the following meaning, unless the content thereof provides otherwise:
  1. Regulations – these regulations.
  2. Administrator of Users' Personal Data – MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Milanówek, ul. Brzozowa 3, 05-822 Milanówek, KRS: 0000175947, REGON: 016865236, NIP: 5291626119.
  3. Website – the website run by the Administrator, available at https://www.gleboczek.pl/.
  4. User – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, having full legal capacity, using the Website under the terms specified in the Regulations.
  5. Terms of Use of the Website
  1. Every person visiting the Website is obligated to comply with the Terms and Conditions. All actions undertaken on the Website should be consistent with applicable law, good manners, and principles of social coexistence.
  2. The Administrator provides Users with access to the content of the website www.gleboczek.pl, i.e., provides services electronically within the meaning of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means. The Administrator is the service provider within the meaning of the Act.
  3. To use the Website, you must have: an Internet connection, a web browser that allows you to view websites (on a computer screen or other electronic device), supports JavaScript programming, accepts Cookies and supports encrypted SSL connections.
  4. All rights to the Website and its elements are subject to the Administrator's rights, while all materials or their elements, including text, graphics, layout, trademarks, photographs, audio-video materials, applications, and other software, as well as other legally protected information and elements available on the Website, are subject to the Administrator's rights. Any unlawful use is prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability. This includes, in particular, the prohibition of copying, modifying, reproducing, or distributing these materials in any form, except as permitted by law. Responsibility
  1. The Administrator is not responsible for any actions or omissions of Users related to the use of the Website.
  2. The Administrator does not guarantee that the data provided by Users regarding their identity is true.
  3. The Website and all services provided therein are provided "as is." By using the Website, the User declares that they have become familiar with the Website's operation and accept it as is. This does not exclude the Administrator's right to introduce new technical solutions, including those aimed at improving the operation of the Website and the services provided therein.
  4. The Administrator may present links, materials, presentations, and other content on the Website containing references to third-party offers and services, or may provide Users with access to services provided by third parties through the Website. Such content and services are not part of the services provided by the Administrator, and the terms of use are determined by the relevant third parties. The Administrator is not responsible for the terms and consequences of Users' use of such content, nor for any actions or omissions of third parties. The Administrator is also not responsible for the content of websites to which links placed on the Website lead.
  5. The Administrator is not liable for any disruptions in the functioning of the Website or loss of User data as a result of force majeure, third parties or as a result of the Administrator's actions aimed at improving the functionality of the Website.
  6. To the fullest extent permitted by mandatory provisions of law, the Administrator's liability for actual damage and lost benefits by the User is excluded, unless the damage was caused by the Administrator's intentional fault or gross negligence.
  7. In the remaining scope, the Administrator's liability for actual damage caused to the User and the User's lost profits is limited as follows:
    1. The Administrator is only liable in the event of intentional fault or gross negligence.
    2. The total liability of the Administrator towards the User is limited to PLN 1,000.
  8. The User shall be fully liable to the Administrator for any damage resulting from or related to his or her violation of the law, the Regulations, good manners, principles of social coexistence or the rights of third parties, including in particular any damage resulting from the untruthfulness, inaccuracy or incompleteness of any of the User's statements.
Contact and complaints
  1. The Operator provides the User with an email address:
marketing@mpmhotelespa.pl, intended for contact with him, to which the User can send all inquiries, suggestions, comments and information.
  1. Any complaints regarding the operation of the Website should be reported to the e-mail address: marketing@mpmhotelespa.pl or in writing to the Administrator's address.
  2. The User may file a complaint if the services are provided by the Administrator in breach of the provisions of the Regulations.
  3. The complaint should include at least the e-mail address and name of the User.
  4. If the data or information provided in the complaint requires supplementation, before considering the complaint, the Administrator may ask the complainant to supplement it in the indicated scope.
  5. The Administrator shall consider complaints within 14 days from the date of its receipt in the correct form, provided that the Administrator may refuse to consider complaints submitted after 90 days from the date the reasons for the complaint become known.
  6. A response to a complaint (written or e-mail) will be sent to the correspondence address or e-mail address of the complainant provided in the complaint.
  7. The provisions of this section are without prejudice to the rights of Users (including, in particular, Users who are consumers) resulting from mandatory provisions of law.
Processing of personal data
  1. The controller of your personal data is MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Milanówek, ul. Brzozowa 3, 05-822 Milanówek, KRS: 0000175947, REGON: 016865236, NIP: 5291626119.
  2. The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, Mr. Łukasz Grabowski, who can be contacted at the following e-mail address: iod@mpm.pl.
  3. The Administrator processes your personal data for the purpose of:
    1. Answers to your questions sent via the contact form on the website.
    2. Sending you a newsletter.
    3. Reservation of rooms and services offered by entities belonging to MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o. o.
  4. Your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR.
  5. For the purpose of responding to your inquiry, your personal data is processed in the form of your name, surname and e-mail address.
  6. For the purposes of sending you the newsletter, your personal data in the form of an e-mail address is processed.
  7. For the purposes of booking rooms and services offered by entities belonging to MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o.o., your personal data is processed in the form of your name, surname, email address, telephone number, and bank account number.
  8. Your personal data will be processed:
    1. In the case of a response to an inquiry – until the response is provided, and after that period for 1 year.
    2. In the case of a newsletter – until you withdraw your consent to such action.
    3. In the case of reservations of rooms and/or services – for a period of 3 years from the date of registration of the data.
  9. Your personal data may be processed for a longer period than indicated above if it is required by mandatory provisions of law.
  10. Data is protected by technical and organizational measures to ensure an adequate level of protection in accordance with applicable regulations.
  11. The Administrator may collect data from third parties who may book your stay in hotels belonging to the Administrator.
  12. The Administrator does not collect data from publicly available sources.
  13. Your data will be transferred to the service provider, Profitroom Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Roosevelta 9/3, 60-829 Poznań, KRS 0000303746, NIP: 5252423458, REGON: 141374990 – the data will be transferred in order to enable you to book hotel rooms.
  14. Your data may be transferred to third parties who will be responsible for processing payments for rooms and/or services – these entities are separate controllers of personal data.
  15. You have the right to access:
    1. Obtaining information on data processing, including the categories of data processed and possible recipients of the data.
    2. Requests to correct incorrect data or to supplement incomplete data.
    3. Requests to delete data – by objecting to their processing.
    4. Requests to limit data processing – if the legal requirements justifying such a limitation are met.
    5. Data transfer – by receiving data in a format that allows transfer to a third party selected by the User.
    6. Withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
    7. Submitting a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw – if it is found that the data is being processed unlawfully.
  16. Your data will not be subject to automated processing, including profiling.

  1. When browsing the website, "cookies" are used, hereinafter referred to as Cookies, i.e. small text information that is saved on your end device in connection with the use of this website - their use is aimed at the proper functioning of the website.

Changes to the Regulations
  1. If changes are made to the Regulations, the Administrator will inform Users about this fact by publishing changes to the Regulations on the Website.
  2. Changing the Administrator's data or contact details does not require the Administrator to follow the procedure described in this section. However, the Administrator is obligated to notify Users of such changes.
Final provisions
  1. The Regulations come into force on the date of their publication on the Website.
  2. Whenever the Regulations provide for the possibility or obligation for the User to contact the Administrator, such contact should be made via e-mail (unless otherwise stated in the Regulations) to the following e-mail address: marketing@mpmhotelespa.pl.
  3. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
NEWSLETTER REGULATIONS
  1. The development of the Regulations for the newsletter service is the fulfillment of the obligation specified in Article 8 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344).
  2. The Regulations define the rules for providing the newsletter service electronically, the activation and deactivation of the service and the complaint procedure for persons using the services.
  3. The service involves sending emails to the email address provided by the user, containing information about offers and promotions organized by MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o. o.
  4. MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o. o. provides services electronically in accordance with the Regulations and Privacy Policy via the website: https://gleboczek.pl/.
  5. The Terms and Conditions are available free of charge on the website in a form that allows for their downloading, reproduction, and recording. Anyone can review the Terms and Conditions.
  6. By consenting to the provision of the newsletter service, the User provides his or her e-mail address, provided in the registration form on the website, in order to receive e-mail messages referred to in point 3.
  7. The service is free of charge.
  8. Anyone who provides their email address in the newsletter section and consents to data processing by checking the checkbox and then clicking the "->" button can use the service. Clicking the indicated button sends the provided email address to MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o.o. Clicking confirms registration for the newsletter, acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, and confirmation of concluding an agreement to provide the newsletter service.
  9. The User is prohibited from providing illegal content, in particular providing other people's data, without the consent of their owner.
  10. The User accepts all provisions of the Regulations and makes a declaration regarding knowledge of the content of the Regulations.
  11. Newsletters constitute works within the meaning of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights (Journal of Laws of 1994, No. 24, item 83).
  12. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter on our website or by clicking on the appropriate link at the end of each newsletter.
  13. The Newsletter Service may also be deactivated at the initiative of the Administrator if the User fails to comply with the obligations required by the Regulations.
  14. To use the newsletter service, you must have access to the Internet and an e-mail address, but there are no specific technical requirements other than a standard operating system and a standard web browser.
  15. Upon deactivation of the newsletter service, MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o.o. will no longer send emails to the User's email address containing information about offers and promotions organized by MPM Hotele SPA Sp. z o.o.
  16. All complaints should be submitted in accordance with Chapter 3 of the Privacy Policy, entitled "Contact and Complaints."
  17. For statistical purposes, anonymous analyses are carried out of which links in the newsletter were clicked.
  18. The user may re-order the newsletter service at any time.
  19. Information regarding the processing of personal data as part of the service can be found in Chapter 4 of the Privacy Policy entitled "Processing of personal data".
