Vineyard on the border of Kujawy and Mazury
The first vines appeared in Głęboczek with the establishment of the Resort. The owners wanted from the very beginning to create a unique SPA entirely dedicated to this exceptional drink. In Głęboczek, we believe that wine is not only a type of alcohol but also an invitation to culinary exploration of the world, its rich landscapes, areas, and cultures. In every wine, we can find the distinctive features of a given region or climate.
Our cultivation currently includes 1,500 vines, which we grow on the small slopes surrounding our facility.

Wine Varieties
The largest part of the Vineyard is planted with the Marechal Foch variety – a French-origin grapevine named in honor of Marshal Ferdinand Foch. This is a very early growing variety, which at the same time very well withstands the Polish winter climate. Higher plots have been planted with the Swenson Red variety. This variety was created by the legendary American breeder Elmer Swenson, known in his country as the "Patron of Northern Winemaking." Additionally, in our vineyard, you can find varieties such as Concord, Leon Millot, Heridan, K 272, Aurora, Ontario, K757, Alwood.

Wine Cellar
Our cellar is located on a hillside, which naturally maintains an ideal constant temperature of around several degrees Celsius perfect for wines. Our sommeliers have gathered several hundred types of wines from around the world. Our collection includes classic selections from the Old Continent – Spain, Italy, France, Portugal, and Hungary, as well as those from more distant wine regions such as New Zealand, South Africa, Argentina, and California. In summer, the menu features fresh and expressive Rieslings and Chenin Blancs, while in winter our sommelier more often selects round and full-bodied wines like Malbec or Nebbiolo from Italy's Piedmont.

Grape Harvest
The grape harvest is a special time at Głęboczek Vine Resort & SPA. Surrounded by the Masurian nature, we celebrate the grape gathering, discovering the secrets of winemaking craftsmanship. Guests can participate in tastings, learn about the wine production process, and feel the atmosphere of a true grape harvest. It is a perfect opportunity to savor regional specialties and enjoy selected wines in the magical setting of our vineyard.
