For years, he has set the tone of Głęboczek’s culinary philosophy, basing the menu on products from local farms, fish from nearby lakes, and vegetables from their own organic cultivation. The Christmas Eve menu retains the spirit of the holidays while surprising with lightness and original combinations. There are three sets of served dinners and a buffet of holiday snacks to choose from, which can be tailored to the nature of the event and the number of guests.

Workshops with a sommelier at Głęboczek are a great idea for a company Christmas meeting in a calmer rhythm. Instead of a classic slide presentation, the team sits at a common table, learns the basics of tasting, the differences between grape varieties from our vineyard and Polish wines from Winnica Płochockich, and also learns how to pair drinks with dishes.
