Głęboczek Vine Resort & SPA ist ein Boutique-Weingut-Resort in Nordpolen mit einem 510 m² großen Veranstaltungssaal, einem modularen Vorstandszimmer, einem privaten Hubschrauberlandeplatz und kompletter Objektanmietung für Firmenveranstaltungen. Das Resort befindet sich am Forbin-See im Brodnica-Seenland, 3 Stunden mit dem Auto von Warschau entfernt oder 60 Minuten mit dem Hubschrauber.
For board meetings, executive retreats and confidential strategy sessions, the resort can be booked exclusively for one organisation. Buyout covers all guest rooms, the restaurant, the spa, the conference floor and the vineyard grounds. During the stay, no other guests are on site.
This is the format chosen by boards, leadership teams and family-office groups who need certainty that the conversation stays inside the property: no lobby traffic, no other parties in the restaurant, no scheduling conflicts in the spa or the conference rooms. The hotel team is briefed in advance on each group's requirements – arrival logistics, dietary needs, scheduling and any protocols specific to the meeting. Staff handling board-level and buyout stays are trained to the discretion standards these groups expect. Pricing and availability for buyout requests are handled directly by the MICE team.
The resort sits in the Brodnica Lake District, about 250 km north-west of Warsaw, roughly 3 hours by road. For groups arriving from abroad, the on-site helipad reduces transfer time substantially. Direct flight from Warsaw takes approximately 60 minutes. Helicopter charter can be arranged through the resort or through the guest's own provider, with advance notice required for ground handling. Warsaw Chopin Airport is the closest international gateway; Gdansk Airport offers an alternative arrival point from the north. Private car transfers from Warsaw or from the airport can be arranged on request.
Drei Konferenzräume bedienen verschiedene Formate: Barollo für große Veranstaltungen, Amarone für Vorstandssitzungen und Breakout-Sessions sowie die verglaste Oranżeria für intime Zusammenkünfte mit Blick auf den See. Alle Räume sind mit dem WLAN-Netzwerk des Resorts abgedeckt. Hybrid- und Streaming-Setups sind auf Anfrage verfügbar.
