The Głęboczek cuisine is inspired by nature and the availability of seasonal products on the market (fruits, herbs and mushrooms) – so that you can find the true heart of natural tastes, smells and aromas of the 4 changing seasons in your dishes. We support the neighbouring farmers, using their ecologically-friendly products.
Everyday we bake our own bread and we try to have a special menu on a current basis.
We also attempt to combine tradition with the fashionable fusion movement in a harmonised way. The first menu offers dishes which are the essence of the natural Polish cuisine. The Spa Menu consists of meals combining various culinary movements. Its basis are light and exquisite dishes of the Mediterranean cuisine.
