Should the treatment be painful?
Relaxation treatment should not cause pain because it makes relaxation more difficult or even impossible to achieve. If the therapist’s actions cause pain please tell them about it so that they are able to adjust the pressure to your expectations. However sometimes during the massage there can be pain but this is rather a so called pleasant pain coming out from the body and bringing relief when the therapist is working on problematic body areas. Depending on the objective of the treatment (relaxation or therapeutic) the techniques shall be adjusted to clients expectations.

Should I remove makeup before a face treatment?
We advise to remove makeup before arriving to a face treatment as the time that the beautician will need to dedicate for removal of makeup is the precious time of your treatment.

Should I tip the SPA personnel?
SPA employee’s remuneration is not based on tips. Our guest has no obligation to give tips to our personnel for the work they are performing. However if you feel the need to express your gratitude for the service delivered by our employees then feel free to tip them using the envelopes prepared for this and available at the SPA reception desk.

WHEN CAN I CANCEL THE TREATMENT

Our cancellation policy enables to cancel an appointment at SPA with no consequences as long as it is notified at least 24 hours before the treatment time. If notification is given more than 12 hours before appointment time the client must pay 50% of the treatment price. If the SPA is not informed at least 12 hours before the appointment time the client is obliged to pay the whole treatment price.

How early should I arrive at the SPA?
It is best to arrive at the SPA at least 15 minutes before the treatment commencement time in order to fill in the consultation form and to prepare for treatment. A short session in sauna or steam bath is recommended before massages and beauty treatments.

How to dress for a visit in SPA?
It is best to dress in your swim suit, robe and slippers. For the treatment you can stay in your underwear or you will be given disposable underwear. Upon arrival at SPA reception desk guests using the Day SPA packages will receive a towel, robe and slippers and disposable underwear for the treatment.

What to do if I am too cold, too hot, uncomfortable etc. during a treatment?
In order to achieve the best relaxation results of the treatments any inconveniences should be eliminated. For this reason if there is something that does not allow you to fully enjoy the treatment inform your therapist about it and we will do all we can to change this.
