ROLLING
An effective method in the fight against ailments of the spine and joints. By appropriate rolling, we can prevent injuries related to overload (too much stress on tendons, ligaments, muscles) during physical exertion. During the classes, we will present the technique, pace and appropriate intensity of rolling, which is the key to effective stretching of the muscle fascia.
